Silk Screen Printing
Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto material or a made up garment, except in areas made resistant to the ink by a blocking stencil.
A squeegee is used to push ink through the stencil onto the material/garment. Gently lifting the screen away from the material/garment will shows the image has been transferred to the material/garment. If multi-colour prints are required then this procedure is repeat with the other screens.
The inks we use have a high opacity resulting in prints with high brightness and colour vibrancy.
Production of large volumes is faster and cheaper than any other garment decorating techniques.
One of the main strengths of screen-printing is that it can be applied to many types of garment or material.
